10 years of experience in corporate and project finance. Prior to joining Themis, Salma served as CFO at Gaia Energy Platform Africa, a renewable energy platform in Africa in partnership with IFC. Salma led the design, the structuring, the administration and the capital raising of the platform. Previously, Salma worked as Investment Manager at CDG Capital, a Moroccan pension fund, in charge of infrastructure investments in Morocco. Prior to that, she spent 4 years at Idinvest Partners, a 9bn EUR private equity fund based in Paris as an Investor Relation Manager. Salma also worked in the investment banking sector at La Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild and Société Générale in Paris. Salma holds a Master Degree in Finance from Grenoble Business School, France, and an Executive Master Degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine. She is a citizen of Morocco and France.
